“Capstone Horse Feed” is a new brand of feed in South Africa utilising micronised cereal grains, a process which is aimed at greatly improving and enhancing the nutritional value of certain cereal grains by increasing digestibility and performance. Capstone Horse Feeds are manufactured under licence by Afresh Vention (Pty) Ltd to most exacting standards in a dedicated horse feed mill.

Capstone Feeds are distributed by Equi-feeds country wide and we are delighted by our association with Equi-feeds as it will enable you the customer to obtain our product anywhere in South Africa in the very near future.

Capstone Horse Feeds have been formulated by the expert nutritionists of Kentucky Equine Research, the most prominent Equine Nutrition Organisation in the world. Capstone has formed a synergistic alliance with KER and it is a partnership unique to South Africa of which we at Capstone Feeds are extremely proud.

The Capstone Feed standard product range, of seven individual feeds, an electrolyte replacer and a feed supplement, is designed to produce the best possible results for the horses ,and these quality feeds are produced from selected ingredients and formulated to high nutritional levels.

The Capstone Feed Range comprises mainly of coarse or sweet mixes in muesli style rations, cool mixes and in pelletted form to suit client preference. All our rations are formulated to a “fixed formula specification” and we do not use “least cost formulations” to save costs in our products. You the customer is therefore assured to get what you pay for as stated in our specifications and analysis. We invite you to compare our declaration on vitamins, minerals, trace elements and amino acids with that of other products.

Capstone Feeds come packed in 25 or 35 kg customised laminated polyprop bags for ease of handling and use. All products are dust free with minimum “fines”, thus greatly reducing the risk of respiratory problems, upper airway and lung infections.
